JA Henckels introduces the 2-Piece Fine Edge Pro Set that includes a 5-Inch and 7-Inch Santoku blade. The hollow edge knives allow air to pass between the blade and the product. They are Asian inspired knives with 15° angles that will give you an ultra thin slice.
